We will cheerfully refund your purchase price and shipping costs if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and show no sign of use. If the merchandise was damaged in shipment to you, you should file a claim against the carrier as we will not be responsible for damage that is caused by them.  If there is a defect in the merchandise, please checxk with the manufacturer before contacting ME's Tools of the Kitchen as most of the products carry a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee.
